Dell Children's Medical Center
Dell Children's Medical Center of Central Texas, in Austin, Texas, was the first hospital in the world to achieve LEED Platinum certification; to share their inspiring story, Akoya produced a 10-minute video at the request of the U.S. Department of Energy. Jesus Garza, the COO of Dell's parent company, the Seton Family of Hospitals, was interviewed, along with Bob Bonar, Dell CEO/President, hospital architects, facility managers, and other energy-efficiency experts. Also featured is Paul Torcellini, an energy expert from DOE's National Renewable Energy Laboratory.
