Robert Matzen manages Akoya's NASA and U.S. Department of Commerce accounts. Prior to joining the Akoya staff, Robert was a writer at Development Dimensions International, a world leader in human resources training and development. There he served
as lead editor for the landmark business book, Empowered Teams (Jossey-Bass, 1992), which has
sold more than 100,000 copies. He is the author of two books, and co-author of the change management
how-to, Organizational Change That Works (DDI Press, 1997). Robert has
written and produced feature documentaries and educational broadcast programming
for a national audience. His work as
a writer, producer, and director of film and video has earned more
than 40 national awards, including a New York Festivals Gold Medal,
the American Corporate Video Crystal Shooting Star, and a Platinum Aurora Award in the guild category of Screenwriting. Robert holds a B.A. in American History from California University of Pennsylvania.
