Chief
Creative Officer since December 1998, Nancy Reese leads Akoya's
strategic communications team. Responsible for all aspects of quality
and customer satisfaction, she brings 22 years of communications
experience to the assignment.
Nancy
is widely recognized for her extraordinary talents in assimilating,
analyzing, and articulating complex information with clarity and
appeal. Her areas of expertise include technology marketing and
technology transfer; strategic and business planning; communications
planning; public outreach on policy and R&D issues; and employee
communications in support of strategic initiatives. Nancy also serves
as a senior member of Akoya's consulting staff.
Nancy
has served on the Board of Directors for WYEP, a community radio
station, since 1995; she was elected President of the Board in 2000.
She served for six years on boards for Carnegie Mellon University's
Management Game (Graduate School of Industrial Administration);
she is also a member of the Cornell University Alumni Ambassadors
Network. Nancy holds a BA in English from Cornell University.
