Bonnie
Rack-Wildner has been professionally active as a communications
consultant, corporate trainer, and public speaker for more than
20 years.
Akoya's
Chief Executive Officer since December 1998, Bonnie leads the management
consulting team, serving as principal consultant on topics related
to organizational change, leadership, and human interaction. Bonnie
helps clients develop high-impact communication strategies and skills.
Integrity and passionate commitment to her clients' success are
evident in all her work. She believes that communication and human
interactions drive every aspect of business and that the effectiveness
of these elements ultimately distinguishes one organization from
another. A spirited, well-respected speaker, Bonnie makes her presentations

Bonnie's
ability to synthesize complex issues into easily utilized concepts
and skills has benefited a broad range of clients, including AT&T,
Columbia Energy, Pittsburgh Tube, Pennsylvania American Water Works,
the U.S. Department of Energy, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
In addition, she is a popular speaker, who has presented to groups
such as the Young Presidents Organization, The American Association
of Fund Raising Council, and International Mass Retailers. Bonnie
holds an MA and a BA from the University of Michigan.
